If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order for an exchange of item or store credit. If you choose to either exchange your product or receive a credit note, your parcel must be returned within 30 days from the arrival date of your order. All returned items must be in the condition of which they arrived in. They must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached. The items will be assessed if they are in this condition upon arrival back to Hysteria HQ. Ensure that you email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your items back to notify the team and discuss eligibility.
Please note: all items purchased through a sale are non-refundable.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to notify staff of the return. After this, place the item securely in neat condition and fill out the return form provided. Then, mail your order to the following address:

We do not offer refunds at this time. We are always looking to do better to improve our customer's experience and will introduce refunds in the near future. Although we don't offer refunds, we do offer an exchange or credit note for your items. More information below.
Faulty and Damaged Items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the issue. We will need to see photo evidence of the damaged goods. All goods are quality checked before being sent out so they should not arrive with fault. Once photos are received, they will be assessed to come to a decision on whether a refund, credit note or exchange will be provided.

Store credits will be provided in the form of a Gift Card. Gift Cards can only be used online. Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another person or account. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Gift Voucher will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Gift cards last forever!
